Recently, I traveled to Las Vegas to witness some close friends of mine get married. As you know when vacationing to Vegas “the TURNUP’ has to occur. The Friday night before the wedding the groom arranged for several of us to experience the Vegas nightlife via a party bus.
We started the evening by meeting up at Caesar’s Palace where the bus would depart. The first stop was Hustler’s Gentleman’s Club. I’ve had my share of strip clubs but Hustler’s just didn’t do it for me. After Hustler’s we traveled to the Mandalay Bay to experience the Foundation Room which is located on the top of the hotel. The club had an Egyptian setting with exquisite rugs, warm lighting, and a great fireplace. The club even had an outside area where we were able to see the whole Vegas strip. It was an amazing view.
After, the Foundation Room we journeyed to the Cromwell to experience Drai’s. Anyone who’s been to Vegas advise you to go to Drai’s. Drai’s is famous for having celebrity performances. The night we were there Ciara was scheduled to perform but we missed her due to the party bus schedule. Drai’s was amazing. Dancing was nonstop because the music was great.
Before we ventured to the last club we took a detour to the “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign where we took pictures to capture the unforgettable night. The last club we experienced for the night was The Chateau located on the rooftop of the Paris hotel. The Chateau was a two-story club with an outside area where you can party in the Vegas breeze.
Now let’s get to what I wore for the nights. Of course, a fashionista always over packs. I had about 5 dresses to choose from for the night. I chose a camel colored both sides layered gathered dress. I since the dress was neutral colored I wanted to wear a color that would make the dress pop. With that in mind I paired the dress with my burgundy Mary Jane platform heels and burgundy with gold accent crossbody that I wore as a clutch. I added some newly purchased dangle teardrop gold dangle earrings and a double chained necklace from Aldo.
The night was amazing and the TURNUP was real!
