“A good father is one of the most unsung, unpraised, unnoticed, and yet one of the most valuable assets in our society.”
– Billy Graham, Christian Evangelist
As Father’s Day comes to an end, families have celebrated the fathers in their lives with breakfast, dinners, cookouts and gifts. R & R Productions took a unorthodox approach to celebrate fathers with their 9th Annual Father’s Day Dance. The coordinators raffled off several items, recognized the individuals celebrating a birthday at the party, and even had a Best Dressed Mother/Father contest.
Since, I knew I would be partying around an older crowd I decided that I should wear something a little different than what I would usually wear to the club. I wore a tropical chiffon dress that draped to the floor. Since there were so many colors in the dress I went with natural shoes, a camel colored teardrop strappy cutout heels. Being that the dress was so busy, my accessories had to be subtle. I went with a pair of big gaudy dangle gold circle earrings and a long gold tassel chain. I polished the look off with natural eyes completely with Sephora’s “Makeup Academy Blockbuster” and “Mac’s Russian Red.” The dress was very busy but the accessories and makeup were simple. Consequently, I looked fabulous.
